A Russian passenger plane has crashed near the capital Moscow, state media reported Sunday.
The plane, operated by Saratov Airlines, had 71 people on board.
The Tass news agency reported that fragments of the plane were found in the Ramenskoye area about 40 kilometers (25 miles) from the airport.
